Solid Hotel Near the Main Attractions

The reception staff were quite friendly. They provided me with free parking and complimentary drinks at the bar. I got a room upgrade. The hotel provided a really nice breakfast with the possibility of drinks and tapas later in the day.
I found that the hotel lacked professionalism when it came to handling feedback, and I believe it is over-expensive for the service. The room didn't let in much light and overlooked another building.

My spacious room featured a comfortable bed, a super clean bathroom and a TV. The air conditioning worked well. The interior design of the room was modern with neutral color palettes, geometric patterns in the carpets, and stylish lighting fixtures.

the location was quite convenient, placing me within easy reach of several attractions (which was a plus).
I found the room size rather cramped for a triple room. the breakfast was underwhelming. The options felt limited. also, the wi-fi was spotty, frequently logging me out, a minor annoyance i could have done without.

the location was convenient, near the event i attended.
the breakfast options were too limited. the scrambled eggs and bacon were consistently empty and not refilled quickly enough. i found this pretty frustrating (especially early in the morning!).
